Delivery time
Neste fuel products are delivered on workdays from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. The normal order to delivery time for fuels is not more than 6 workdays. In following municipalities the order to delivery time is not more than 8 workdays:
Enontekiö, Ii, Inari, Kemi, Kemijärvi, Keminmaa, Kittilä, Kolari, Kuusamo, Muonio, Pelkosenniemi, Pello, Posio, Pudasjärvi, Puolanka, Ranua, Rovaniemi, Salla, Savukoski, Simo, Sodankylä, Suomussalmi, Taivalkoski, Tervola, Tornio, Utsjoki, Yli-Ii, Ylitornio, Ilomantsi, Joensuu, Kiihtelysvaara, Konnevesi.
Mimimum delivery amount
The minimun delivery amount is the smallest amount of product that is delivered to the customer without additional charges. The minimum delivery amount for light fuel oil is 1000 litres, diesel 1500 litres and for petrol 2000 litres.
