Neste ReNew Hydraulic 46 is a hydraulic oil developed with the new sustainable technology by Neste.
CIRCULAR ECONOMY PRODUCT
Neste ReNew Hydraulic 46 is made from re-refined base oils which are produced by the new generation re-refining process and best available technology. The re-refined base oils are made from used lubrication oils. A severe refining process is used to produce excellent quality base oils, thus making it possible to produce a circular economy lubricant with better quality compared to conventional hydraulic fluids.
Neste ReNew Hydraulic 46 provides an opportunity to save natural resources by reducing the dependency on crude oil based products and to take a step towards a more sustainable future.
WIDER OPERATING TEMPERATURE
The excellent temperature stability properties are achieved by a resourceful combination of base oil and top class viscosity improver additives thus widely extending the operating temperature limits of the hydraulic oil, allowing to safely run equipment at both cold and hot outdoor temperatures.
DURABLE RESISTANCE EVEN AT HIGH TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE
Neste ReNew Hydraulic 46 has improved “stay-in-grade” -quality and shear stability which allows safe use during all recommended drain intervals even at higher temperature and pressure.
EXCELLENT PROTECTION AGAINST WEAR AND CORROSION
Neste ReNew Hydraulic 46 contains special additives that effectively protects the equipment (especially hydraulic pumps) from wear and corrosion by forming a protective layer on metal surfaces, which is very durable even at demanding outdoor conditions. Additionally it contains oxidation inhibitors which will slow down the aging of the oils.
