Fuel
Delivery time
Neste products are delivered on workdays from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. For fuel products the time from order to delivery does not normally exceed 6 workdays. In following municipalities the delivery time does not under normal circumstances exceed 8 workdays:
Enontekiö, Ii, Inari, Kemi, Kemijärvi, Keminmaa, Kittilä, Kolari, Kuusamo, Muonio, Pelkosenniemi, Pello, Posio, Pudasjärvi, Puolanka, Ranua, Rovaniemi, Salla, Savukoski, Simo, Sodankylä, Suomussalmi, Taivalkoski, Tervola, Tornio, Utsjoki, Yli-Ii, Ylitornio, Ilomantsi, Joensuu, Kiihtelysvaara, Konnevesi.
Mimimum delivery amount
The minimun delivery amount is the smallest amount of the product that is delivered to the customer without additional charges. The minimum delivery amount for light fuel oils is 1000 litres. For diesel the minimum is 1500 and for petrol 2000 litres.

Lubricants and Chemicals
Delivery time
The normal order to delivery time for lubricant, chemical bulk and IBC container deliveries does not exceed 10 workdays. Parceled goods are delivered within 7 workdays from ordering.
Minimum delivery amount
Single deliveries over 170 kg (whole container or equivalent amount) are delivered by Neste Markkinointi Oy without additional freight cost. Minimum delivery amount for bulk deliveries is 1000 litres/grade.
Please note: freight costs for bulk deliveries less than 1000 litres will be added in the total order sum and must be explicitly agreed on before delivery.
